ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for the SMC academic scholarship, the applicant shall:

1. Be an active member, in good standing, of Sardis Missionary Baptist Church.

2. Be a graduating high school senior with at least a 2.5/4.0 grade point average.

3. Plan to attend a university/college/technical school in the Fall of 2017.

4. Have a need for financial assistance.

5. Provide proof of enrollment upon entering college.  No monies will be distributed until proof of enrollment has been presented.
